The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website:

Members & Travel Trade Partners
We will use the personal information that you provide to us to create Member Profiles and Travel Partner listings in the Network directory. We will not release internal contact information about you without your prior consent.

Media Partners
All Media Partners’ information will remain under the strict confidence of the Network and will not be shared or sold to any other party without consent from the Partner.

Cookies
The Canadian Experience Travel Network uses cookies to keep track of visitors to the website and to collect data about each visit, such as the duration of the visit, how the visitor moved throughout the site, and the type of browser used.

E-mail Forms
The Canadian Experience Travel Network email forms – Contact Us, Membership Forms and Post News – require users to supply their name, email address and other relevant contact information, none of which is made public or sold to a third party. Information gathered on the Contact Us form is used to answer queries or to forward more detailed Network information. Membership Forms gather relevant information on new members and listing information for products and services. Post News gathers information that allows the Network to post messages to news groups within its Intranet, Extranet and Internet.

Public Forums
The Canadian Experience Travel Network has an online forum that is available to registered members.
